  • How could I get samples?
    We can supply some free samples(total valus under ten US dollars)if you have a FedEx\DHL\TNT\UPS,account no or other courier freight collectable account and agree to pay the courier freight,if the total value of samples is more than ten USdollars,we will ask you to pay for the samples and courier freight,We will send the samples to you after receipt of your payment, if you dont'thave a courier account,you can send your courier to collect samples from our company.
  • HHow can I get your price list?
    Please send Email to inform us which items you are interested in. We will give you our price idea within 24 hours.
  • Can we have our logo or company name to be printed on products or package?
    Yes. Logo or imprints can be printed on our products by silkscreen printing. The minimum quantity or silkscreen printing is 2000units pre logo. You can send us the artwork by Email in .CDR and .AI format, if you want your logo. Company name to be printed on the package for the products such as gift box,paper card, the minimum order is 3000units per model. You can send us the artwork by Email in .CDR and .AI format, format.
  • How to place an order?
    Please send us your purchase order by Email or order online. Or you can ask us to send you a proforma invoice for your order. We need to know the following information for your order.
    * Shipping information-company name, street address, phone number, fax number, destination airport or sea port, transportation method(by courier, by air or by ocean container)
    * Product information-model numbers, quantity, unit price.
    * Delivery time required.
    * Freight payment(by collect or prepay)
    * Forwarder's contact details(in China or HongKong)
  • What's your usual payment term for orders?

    Telegraphic transfer(T/T) or Western union transfer to our bank account after order confirmation. We don't accept panyment by credit card.

  • How can the products be sent to us?

    For small quantity or weight less than 20Kgs,sent usually by courier, For orders from 20to 500Kgs, can be sent by air to the airport near you. For big quantity or volume, sent usually by ocean container. The transportation way depends on client's choice, Freight depends on quantity, weight, volume, transportation way, destination country (airport,sea port).

  • What's the warranty of your products?

    12months to 36months,depending on the products.We accept free replacement for unqualified products.

  • How can we become your sole distributor?

    If you can sell our products USD5,000 to USD20,000 per month,youcould be one of our distributors in your city or area; If you can sell our products worth more than USD30,000 per month,you could be our sole distributor in the country.
